Post Nissan Shows Chevy Volt Dancers How It's Done [Ad Watch]

12-15-2009 03:30 PM

The Chevy Volt dance disaster continues, but Nissan is here to show us how to do stupid dances right. Maybe GM's marketing department just wasn't taking enough drugs.

I don't have a problem with them advertising the Volt on "tax payers dollars". It's an important car. I can over look all of that stuff. But that dancing thing was just straigh embarrassing. I'm a GM fan but that was just wrong.

That was the worst possible song I've heard this year, lmao.
GM is known for some pretty awful advertising.
However, it's unrealistic that we scrutinize every single decision they make.

Actually, as bad as this was, it more likely than not was a pretty frugal expense.
You have a bad song that was probably coined in less than a day,
and a couple dancers with minimal choreography.
I doubt they even spent $5k on this.

It's nowhere near as bad as some of the past super-bowl ads.
Those couldn't have cost less than a million.
