go to the local meets talk to people face to face. sooner or later youll find one. or just straight out ask the smog tech how much it is to pass a car.

Thanks. Im moving out of state soon so it will not be as big a deal. Where I'm going there literally isn't any emission laws thank god. Its just hard to pass something "the legit way" when its swapped from what I've seen... Shit it was hard enough to smog my e46
