SO much going on right now it's crazy!!!

Cavs trade Jack, Keller, and Karasev in order to make a pitch to get LeBron! Also Cavs are looking to get 2 vets to join them. One of them is former Miami Heat player Mike Miller. Cavs is also trying to get Ray Allen to join and James Jones.

Cavs plan B, if LBJ does not join, will be trying to get Love and Parsons.

Any thoughts?

As a Heat fan, no matter what happens with LeBron im fine with it. He came here, the heat won 2 championships in 4 years which is great. DW and UD have 3 rings so im sure they are smiling. Also, if Bosh leaves for Houston after all his he wants to stay in Miami forever talk then thats fine. I cant say i wouldn't want 88 million if i got offered it.

This is true, they move to Ohio for the summers. But, this has also been used as a reason of why he may go back to Cleavland. From that standpoint it make sense if he goes back, he never really left home, it's as if he was just "renting" down here. His (pregnant) wife, mom and the people who surround him are from there as well, so....

I wont be one of those fans burning Jersey's if he goes, but I'm sure some ignant fool from Hialeah will.

LeBron is pretty much holding the Heat hostage, while all good free agents are being signed by other teams as the Heat wait on him. What can Riley do? It’s not like Riley can tell prospective FAs that they will be coming to play with Lbj and to play for a discount. Riley has no idea how much money to throw at guys without the Big 3 committing. If I was lbj, the signing of Josh McRoberts and Danny Granger would make me want to play for any other team other than Miami.

Lbj seems selfish. He pretty much got his friends Wade and Bosh (and to an extent Haslem) to opt out of their contracts on the idea that they will ALL take less to retool their roster. Now lbj is demanding the Max (which he DOES deserve, even though it’s really the principal in all of this), but his friends have to take less. I don’t blame Wade and Bosh for being mad on false pretenses and not agreeing to take 10-12M/yr. Bosh still has the chance to get a max extension, but Wade will be lucky to be offered a 10M/year contract and is the one who gets royally screwed.

It does sound familiar to 2010 when the Cavs were left in the dark and remained hopeful, only to be crushed, and with no one else left on the market to sign. At least 2 of you Miami locals remember and are ready if he does the same thing by being classy and thankful he brought 2 more championships to you guys. I wonder what will go down in the rest of Miami when he makes “The Decision 2014”.

But lets face facts, if he does leave hes got Kyrie, Andrew Wiggins if they keep him who can play some defense, Varejao who LBJ is friends with and anyone else that may flock to Ohio if he does too.

I could understand your viewpoint, difference between us and the Cavs is that he would be leaving us already having given us Championships, while Cleavland was left with nothing. I don't think we are being held hostage. Technically we only have 3 players on the book (Cole, Napier and Hamilton). We have a clean slate. We can position ourselves for the loaded free agency coming up next season if need be. The East is weak and it wont take long to contend.
