Lower Harness Issue (Wiring Specialties)

Hey guys,

I've been searching my problem for a while now and cannot seem to find the solution. I recently swapped a SR and bought a harness from Wiring Specialties but I am having some issues with a couple of things that I believe relate to the lower harness.

Specifications on the vehicle are:

Car: 1991 240sx base model
Auto to Manual Conversion
Engine: S13 Blacktop SR20DET
Harness: S13 SR20DET Wiring Harness for S13 240sx - PRO SERIES

Problems:
Speedometer is not working
Reverse lights aren't working
Charge light nor oil light do not illuminate before startup

I'm trying to troubleshoot and figure out if it is a simple thing I have overlooked, if it's possible an additional harness was not shipped with my order or if the harness was wired incorrectly somewhere.

I'll post some pictures to help.
I know some of the plugs located near the passenger side fuse box are required for an automatic model and are currently left unplugged because of the conversion. The pictures of the fuse box show what was left unplugged.

The last picture below is from the website. I was not sent either of the two cable with my order. I have no idea what the circled one is for. However I did contact them about the non shipped items and they sent me a cable similar to the bottom one that connects to the positive terminal on the alternator from the fuse box but they didn't send the circled one so I figured it was not needed. I have not come across anyone else on the internet who had the same configuration as me so I can't be sure if it is necessary.

Did it come with instructions? They have instruction links on their website, it mentions that wire you have circled.

S13 SR to S13 Pro Installation instructions: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9F...ljRk5FTjg/view

S13 Auto to Manual Interface cable (you might have the 4-pin connector referenced): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9F...U4ZUtVM1k/view

Sounds like something as simple as not plugging something in.

The instructions that they sent me were identical minus the first page that shows that subharness is for the MAF sensor. It is probably used for when running a different MAF sensor because mine is definitely plugged in.

The charge cable that is pictured is supposed to bridge the alternator to the starter. They sent me a different one that just connects the alternator to a plug next to the passenger side fuse box. I can't see how the difference between these to cables would cause all of my current problems.

As for possibly having a four pin connector, there is nothing left unplugged on the auto to manual interface cable besides the abs plug since I don't have abs.

The instructions were slightly different that they sent me. Looks like one of those subharnesses is for if a different MAF was used.

As for something not plugged in, I checked all plugs and all are connected properly. There is only thing on the Interface Cable that is not plugged in which is the abs since I have the base model there is no abs.

As for the 4 pin connector. The 8 pin matched up just fine. However in the directions there are two 8 pin connectors that look identical on the left side of the diagram. Mine only came with one of them. I thought it was possible they just displayed it twice to...

Just realized they sent me the manual interface instead of the auto to manual http://zilvia.net/f/images/smilies/facepalm.gif

Thanks for your help though
