Smog Test Fail - NO 15mph only

1990 240sx Stock KA24e

So I've had a code 32 for a while now. EGR vacuum tested okay. I decided to look for the EGR solenoid and finally noticed (hidden behind a bunch of stuff) that one of the lines came off. I thought wow, it was this all along. I managed to hook it back on.

I cleared the code and drove around for 5 minutes to see if the CEL came back on. No light, so off to the test station I go. Before all this, I had already driven about 30 minutes.

Results: http://imgur.com/a/RNdFe

The CEL came on during the test(code 32 again), but it's the NO. This time only the 15 mph failed.

Super bummed out. Thought I'd finally get rid of this code 32.

Any ideas/suggestions?

You do know what NO stands for correct? Well if you do, then you should know what causes that and do all the things short of repairing the egr system. And unless you have a major egr problem you will lower you nox emissions

Here's a too list:
1.Make sure the engine doesn't over heat, cooling system functions
2.Make sure your catalytic converter is functioning.
3.Make sure the oxygen sensor is functioning correctly, or richen your mixture manually.

High combustion temps are usually responsible for high nox emissions. So to combat high nox, we lower the combustion temps with fuel, and the cat should help clean up the rest.
High mileage is usually, a new car excuse, xd!

There is a delicate balance, when messing with emissions. Add just enough, take away just enough etc.
