s13 S13 ka24de swap NO START

I know tons of these threads have been done I didn't want to have to add to that list. But I'm lost at this point. I swapped a ka back in a previously sr'd 91 hatch. Has no spark. It threw two codes- 11 and 21. I've completed the diagnostic procedures per the fsm (procedures 23 and 27) twice and everything in those systems checked out. Every wire that should have continuity does, and all pins on the distributor, coil, and transistor are giving proper resistances.

Are any noises happening at all when you turn the key? Does the fuel pump prime?

Yes, fuel pump primes, and it cranks. There is one other thing, when I hook a battery up to it it sometimes takes a minute to start cranking, and when it does it's slightly sluggish at first (like a weak battery) also the clock in the cluster seems to have gone out while trying to start it.

My clock used to reset every time I tuned on my dome light. I changed all the fuses and fixed 2 or 3 wires that had been eaten through on the harness that runs over the driver side front wheel and it fixed all of the weird quirks that the car had. I also rewired the battery terminal. This may sound stupid but a loose or corroded battery terminal can also give a lot of false symptoms of bad batteries, alternators or shorts. I also assume you checked/repaired/replaced any ground wires right?

That was actually my next task to do on the car within the next few days. I've now gone through the engine harness and it seems to been solid. Now I just have to tape that whole harness back up. Also my tail lights aren't right. One brake light stays on all the time, the other doesn't come on at all, and my 4 ways blink at proper speed at the dash, but no actual lights from my signals. So I'm assuming I have ground issues in the body harness. I just didn't think they would prevent it from starting. But I guess it's time to get some sandpaper out and redo some grounds.
