2k3 240 National Convention Caravan
Ok, so i was thinking. How much fun would it be to take a road trip with somthing like 50 240's? Could we start a caravan to the National Convention. Starting from lets say, NY. All the people from NY start like thurs night or fri morning and start down 95. Then they can pull into meeting spots along 95 where there would be another group of 240s to join the caravan down 95 to ATL. It would have to be very, very coodinated with locations and times, but it would be cool if everyone rolled in the same time. And think about 95 south with 240's going 4 cars wide and like 10 cars deep in each lane. That would be cool. I dunno. Its just and idea that popped into the mind. What do you guys think? We have like a month and a half to plan so...lets get moving!

I'm up for it, down with it, whatever on it. The idea sounds really cool, but there's a small problem. I-95 doesn't go to Atlanta.
Coming from North VA, you'll take 95 south to Richmond, then pick up I-85. I only live about 2 hours from Atlanta (the track is a bit south of town, though), but I'd love to join a caravan passing through South Carolina on I-85. |

THX1138 and I are in Upstate SC. We are the only ones I know of right now from the 240 Club of the Upstate that will be going down unless some others change their minds. Going down I-85 you will go right past both of us, infact you'll pass within 5 miles of my house. I hope we can get this thing organized so we all can meet up.
