KA24DE won't start after changing injector and dying

My car was running without any issues up until recently. It's a 1991 240sx SE, the issue is that I went to start it up one morning and the whole car was shaking and that was because the engine was going crazy side to side and wasn't running smooth. I checked plugs and wires and there's spark, but then I pulled the injector wires one by one till I found one that didn't affect the engine meaning there was something wrong with it. I replaced the injector and got it start but it was flooded so I had to pull the fuel pump relay to get it started. I got it running with the replacement injector and although the start up was rough it smoothed out to how it was before on all 4 cylinders. I then took it down the street and it died, and I can't get it to start again. All the plugs were fouled and wet so I think it's either too much gas or not enough spark. I tested for leaky injectors and the replacement leaked a minuscule amount once and wouldn't do it again. The o rings seemed fine and there were no visible damage.

Whatever happened to the engine happened overnight if that helps to figure out probable causes.

Thanks,

Did u change the o rings on the injectors ?

also the seals around the intake Mani were the injectors plug in

hope this helps good luck

*Sometimes the o rings look good, but i believe they warp size . kind of like the ring for the fuel pump

I didn't change the o ring on the injector but I checked it for any damage or marks and it looked fine. The seals also seem fine. I only changed one injector.

Maybe I'll try replacing the o rings? The replacement injector is slightly different in design but it's supposed to be stock and it came off another dual cam KA.

my brother just replaced number 1 injector. and now the car wont start. it has spark and ran fine before replacing it. we are getting fuel on spark plug 1 and 3 but not 2 and 4. checked timing days before injector went bad and was fine. do you guys think maybe its a bad o ring letting to much air in the mix.
