jesus, ideally a x9+15 is imo the perfect wheel size for an s13 on stock body. (i know some of the fitment gurus will disagree but from what i have seen it looks pretty good and requires just a roll and pull)...sooooo with that being said you need (again in my humble opinion in regards to fitment) a 25mm or a 30mm i would just spend the 100 bucks on the psm kit as you can run either size with it.

Honestly, you'll need like 50mm of spacer... I'm running an x9+22 on my s14, which has a little bit of a wider fender, and I still want 20mm spacers to make it +2 effective...

id say about 70mm spacers with a 30mm over fender, and possible a good stretch like, a 145/35/17...

for the OP, here is 9.5+15 on my stock bodied 13...
not the best pic, but it gives you an idea. its pretty much flush, little tuck/poke. To achive this look (if thats what you want/going for) you'll need 57mm more. so i guess a 50mm spacer. http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetcalculator.asp <---- for all your wheel offset calculation needs/questions |

Since you have already ordered the spacer kit and have the wheels, just drive it as is for a bit. See how the fitment is with the alignment you want, then save for rims that will have the offset you want to no longer need spacers. Use the calculator to see how the rim width and offset will affect clearance.
