S13 Engine Swap
Okay, so this isn't a which engine is best thread as I've read about 1000 of those, but I've sold my last Honda and with the money from that, I'm looking into swapping my KADE for something a bit more interesting than your average 4-cyl. Money isn't the issue, but I'd like to be able to get the engine in the car and running/moving (not necessarily 100% completed swap) in a weekend. I've been looking into the JZ and Gen 3/4 Chevy V8's. The ideal purpose for the car would be a grip/time attach/hill-climb car. I'm mainly looking for the easiest to "drop in" swap. i.e. as little modifications to sheet metal, accessory drives, crossmember, etc, as possible. Any of you guys have some input before i go throwing money on parts? lol

Hmmmmm well, sr20's are really easy to find parts for because it is one of the most common s13 swap, but you won't get much power from a stock srdet, I would suggest a v8
Like the LS motors, but so far I have a sr in my car and it treats me well and satisfys me |
