s13 KA24E Rocker Replacement

So I'm more asking for opinion on this one:

Got a 1990 S13 with the KA24 and cylinder #3 lifter has gone out. Instead of trying to bleed this thing and putting up with excessive noise, I'm going to end up replacing it. I know the motor itself has over 200K on it but the question being is if it would be better to order a new rocker with the hydraulic lifter in it or try to find a used one.

Either way, it's gonna get fixed. Just asking for a bit of guidance.
