Pulleys

Is there a difference between s13 SR20DET pulleys and s14 SR20DET pulleys?

I'm looking for a set of Greddy Pulleys, but can't seem to find a solid answer on s13 vs s14?

Thanks guys!

SR20DET pulleys are going to work on another SR20DET engine.

Yes there is a difference, its small but the S13 has one extra rib on the one of the pulleys(don't remember which pulley has the extra rib). S13 pulley set will physically fit on the s14 sr20 motors. If you are using S14 belts with the S13 pulleys on a s14 sr20 motor, one of the belts will be a tad too thin. You can make it work by swapping the crank pulley and using the correct belt or just ignore the small gap.

The note/disclaimer here just confirmed what I was saying.

Ok here is the real answer since I figured it out the long way..the only difference between the two are the s13 sr20 have one extra rib for the power steering pulley..so the s13 crank will also have one extra rib on that section but the rest is the same.

My $.02- GReddy pulleys are the bees kness... but lightweight pulleys are lightweight pulleys. If you desire blue anodized, there are tons elsewhere & on Ebay for your application. Far cheaper, same exact functionality. Anyone familiar with my motor will tell you that I don't normally promote off-brand stuff- But this is one of those few cases where the economics aren't there. Circuit Sports, hell even *cringe* ISIS Megan are cheaper alternatives with at least a little bit of QC behind them.

I know you didn't ask that specific question, so I will close with telling you that if you've got the $$$ for GReddy pulleys, then just get the correct set for your motor. Hope this helps.

Mike

BTW, because I utilize my motor in another car, I don't make use of the power steering pulley if that makes a difference. I only need the water pump and alternator pulley.
