Your thougths on these being fake knock-offs is very possible I have not seen any conclusive evidence that these truly are Do-Luck products, but the way I see it is that if these are knocks the are high-quality not some back of the shop in HK crap. ALL the welds and construction seems very well done, I would think it was computer/robotic welded, or some rather skilled welder. Anyways for the price you really can't beat them fake or not.
As far as bolts go I have: FLB has 2 medium size bolts and washers RLB has 2 medium and 1 smaller bolts and washers What do you have? |

I have no idea now if these are fake or real, everyone is saying they are fake, and I don't know what to do. I will definitely call my friend and see if he's been lying to me about them being Doluck. I only seen them once when i was in Hong Kong, and they looked like they were very well made, and came with a paper that says Doluck on the bottom, so I thought there wouldn't be a problem. He told me he had many of these and he told me to see if I could sell them to the US for him, which I did, now, I am probably screwed for helping him. I will find out and keep you guys updated on this.

Well I just hit home depot and got a bunch of extra bolts and washer so hopefully it will work. after inspection of the bars I would have to say that I highly dought they are do luck. From other people I have talked to that have do-luck products they all say they are kick ass and high quality. My dad welded(I still dont know how) and I can tell you these bars my not be shit but they could be better. The welds are not smooth/professional at all but you can tell it will hold and thats all that matters. Bars do come in black... just dont expect them to stay that way. Mine are all scratch up already and I just got them out of the box. Disappointed.... kinda but hell you get what you paid for. I think someone that is a machinest should bust some of these out.
Side note - I got my subframe spacers from Greg dupree and let me tell you, this stuff is good quility. Like quality you would expect from zeal, nismo or sparco.

Hahahaha... Well I can assure you that you have to drill holes(TWO) in the passanger side RLB end, good luck!
Well I snapped the bolts that hold in the exhaust hing. No suprise since it was hella rusted. I tried to line the bar up and I think either it wasnt made right, my car has been rearend slightly, or im gimp.... could be any of those. Leaning towards a slight tap to the rear but after yesterdays b&m short shifter escapade(sp?) it could be im gimp. Also the gas tank holder/strap on the passenger side is in the way by about 4-8cm's, so you end up pushing against it.. again could be that my car has been tapped in the rear. This is just a heads up to what you might run into if anyone else trys this.

Progress report -
Rear ladder bar is on....... oooooo is it so not even. If you step back about 10-15 and crouch you can see the driver side curved portion fine tell you get to the middle but you cannot see the passengers side because its up in the bumper.. OOO you ask how that is possible. Well you see with a grinder you can make things disappear... like portions of the bumper. If you see the doluck pick you can see how the whole bottom of the bar is visable. On my S13 the passanger side of the bar/curve was pressing against the back edge of the bumper which was limiting the holes(I drilled) to line up with the factory holes. Doesnt look like it caused my chassie to set off so im going to finish bolting her up and test it. If it brakes well...

Ok back one on and it seems all right.
Lets talk about the front one..... 10 mins... yep thats it... 10 mins. It does try to hide from you though. There are rubber fillers in the hole that are hard to see if you car is a dirt ball like mine. To give you an idea where it sets... the center/middle of the bar will right in front/below the tran/engine connection. I took it around and you can really feel a diff. Im not sure how you guys drive your cars but i drive mine hard and it shows. So when I pushed it I was suprised on the limited chassie flex and how even the body role was. Before body role would be diff depending on speed I took a corner. Not now, it seems to pretty limited no matter the speed.. well at least up to 65(tight hwy curve). I am still running stock shocks on the ST coils. Well I assume if your ride has never had rear end damage(I didnt think mine ever did) the rear will go just as smooth but if it has... bust out the grinder our hit the body shop. Really I dont care cause its not enough to cause an issue now and im sure I will get even cockier and wreck soon anyways so I will have it take care of then. Well now I need to but the subframe spacers on...... its 1:30 so sorry for any spelling/sentance screw ups.... AZN - Im still disappointed in you and false advertisment and product quality. Hope this changes the way you do business in the future.
