I have an S13 vert, come out to start it at is completely dead no power no anything can't even get the key out of the ignition. It doesnt jump so i Check the fuses under the hood, couldn't really tell anything, put everything back together go back to the key car starts right up, I let it idle then turn it off

Today I go to start it it tries for a second then completely dead again. Same routine I look at the fuses under the hood but not the inside ones, go back to try to fire it up starts for one seconds before going completely dead. I've had the 7.5 fuse blow out on me before but have never had the car be completely dead. Battery and starter are new within a year, doesn't seem like the batter as its fully charged and even so I'd have a little power inside/be able to jump. Could it be the main fuse just tripping out?
