help with s14 hub

Hey guys sorry to ask this, but I searched and could not find the answer.
I am replacing my front hubs on my s14, and I want to know if you have to replace the lock nut once you take it off. It has the two pinches to hold it on, can I reuse the same lock nut and just pinch two other sides or do I have to replace it. thanks in advance

As said, it's not required. I never have on over two dozen cars.
