JUST recieved sparco evo "L"...WTF???????

I recently ordered a sparco evo 2 from an ebay vendor. I recieved a seat in the mail today, but it reads "Evo L" instead of "Evo 2" like advertised on the sparco usa website and the ebay sellers website. Does anyone know anything about this? It looks and feels like a real sparco seat with proper markings and everything. I'm just wondering if there was either a mixup at the factory with stitching, or maybe this is just how sparco is now badging their seats. any ideas?

Evo 2 is considered "L"

So on the head part it says "EVO L"?

Just measure seat and compare to Sparco's website. At least they didn't send you a Sparco Evo 3

Evo L is the old name for the Evo 2.

So if you got it used then they probably just used Evo 2 because that name is more well known now. If it's new then it could just be old stock, although I don't think they used the Evo L name for quite a while.

This is a BRAND spankin new seat. I actaully had to wait 3 weeks after i ordered it for it to arrive. suposedly it was on backorder. The vendor whom i purchased teh seat from is contacting the factory tomorrow to see what's up. If its just the older seat cover, then no biggie, the thing feels great. I just didnt want some weird random, barely known sparco seat in place of the seat i actually payed for.

You got the same seat, just a new designation, sometimes they have different seat cover in different colors remaining in their warehouses.

Same thing with the BF goodrich G-force KDW 2 which is also called the KDW NT for new tread pattern.
