help?? S14 Wont turn on but have power ??

1994 nissan silvia s14

All my fuses are good ( in engine bay and inside car fuse boxes)
I have fully charged battery
I have power at the ignition barrel
I have power at the ECU
I have power at the Fuse box inside the car and in the engine bay

when i put the key in the ignition and turn it NOTHING AT ALL
happens, no dash lights ( oil check and engine check etc) and nothing happens in the engine at all ( will not start not even the fuel pump comes on and the starter doesn't try and tick over etc)

I have break lights, interior lights, head lights and hazard lights

I really have hit a dead end now

Check the two green circuit breaker fuses in the main engine bay fuse / relay box.
We had one of these go out in our race car at the track ... that was fun to diagnose, and convince someone to let us borrow it off their show car to finish the race

Thinhthan, grounds are very important, especially when it comes to imports, a bad ground can cause numerous problems and make the car run like shit, no start, run rich/lean and electronics would function properly or act crazy.

To silvia716, actually, the first 95's were produced in mid to late 94 he was probably looking at the build date on the sticker on the door jamb, all new cars that are built for the new year are built/shipped 6 months before the new year, go to a car dealership in mid august and you will see the new 2013 cars/trucks will start to ship with a build date of 2012.

To the OP, have you cleaned the battery cables or the battery terminals? I had a problem like yours where my car had power to interior/exterior lighting and the car would not start or show me the battery/oil/CEL lights when I turned the key, come to find out my battery cables/terminals were dirty, cleaned everything and it fired right up, not saying this the the problem but ya may want to check since I didn't see anything in you description about that.

but im getting power everywhere horn headlights inside lights everthing. im even getting power to the ignition but as soon as i turn the key the voltage drops from 12 to like .30 which isnt even a volt. im guessing there is a short somewhere right thats why it would do that?

That's how it was with my car, power to everything until I tried to start the car, dome light, radio, clock would shut off, went and jiggled the battery cable and it started so I disconnected the battery cables and noticed they were dirty, as well as the terminals so cleaned them and it started right up with no hesitation or problems
