Hi i've been looking at my positive terminal and noticed that the terminal is all torn up and needs a new one. And i have one of those gold plated audio kind of terminals available with four ports on it.

The question i have is that is the block on that positive terminal just giving power to whatever is connected or does it have more than one function (i.e. switched power or anything like that). The distribution block has all kinds of gunk and stuff in it as well and figured i could just wire all of it up to my new terminal.

you tallking about the red part of the + terminal?

if so thats just a connection, no swiches
