S14 Blacktop Starting problem

Upon turning the key, the car turns over and sparks but has no fuel getting to the injectors. Walbro 255 installed and when the key is put in the 'on' position, it doesn't "hum" at all to indicate that it's priming the system. I know there is pressure in the system and when I jumped the switch off of the fuel pump to the tail light (which is working) the fuel pump hums but still no start. The fuses and relays are all tested and good, though something did blow the ECCS fuse, which leads me to suspect that theres a short in the ECU wiring somewhere. Does anyone have a link to the wiring diagram for a S14B SR20? XAT Racing did the engine harness and I'm suspecting (not proven) that the fault is in the wiring. Any ideas Zilvians? Thanks in advance.

It seems like you're having the same issue as mine right now. I have a s13 with redtop SR. Does the same thing, sparks, fuel ok. Crank but just stall. Last time I fixed it and now it happen again. The last time. I just did the timing on it. It can be the Crank angle sensor. I just adjust that and it start. I might be wrong. But it works for me.

The only way I've gotten it to start is spraying Carb Cleaner into the Throttle body while giving it gas. My injectors just aren't spraying at all.
