Fried DOHC ECU's

I have 2 DOHC Ecus that are fried. both are fried on pin 36 and that is the Ignition Switch 12v.

Now I didnt check them before I installed to see if they were previously fried. Im currently trying to solder one and see if i can fix this issue with it.

Can someone tell me what to check to see if MY IGNITION is the one frying them. Also If I plug in a SOHC and it DOESNT FRY would you say that they were previously fried or is there a major difference between dohc and sohc ecu
