In my opinion JE manufactiors the best forged pistons on the market. They offer forged alluminum pistons with all sorts of compression ratios. Cower makes a good con. rod but any well manufactied rod from a repuable company should work fine. Tell them what you are using it for and they can direct you futher.

Just in case there's some mix up on the response, he meant "Crower" rods.  That'll save you the trouble of figuring that out yourself. ^_^

14.0:1 is the ideal compression ratio you want to use for a turbo setup

ok i'm lying.  8.5:1 (or somewhere around there) is what the average turbo setup has, with aftermarket pistons.

Sorry about the "Crower" mistake. I'm not that great at typing. Hey, if you use 14:1 pistons on a turbo let me know so I can watch you blow your head off.

Hmm...take the hood off and rev that sucker hard enough that the pistons will shoot out into the air. &nbsp; It'll be sorta like the 4th of July. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
