Help a noob out. Weird noise with vid.

So i recently bought my s14 and the previous owner had it running on 1 quart of oil! Yes one quart of oil and it survived the 30 mile drive home. Anyways, i replaced the oil and put in 5 quarts instead of 4. Changed the spark plugs as well. It started making this flickering noise and over the past week it got louder and stays like this. Someone help me, i think its a valve retainer or guide idk. Taking a guess hopefully my motor isnt fucked. Thanks guys

Pop the valve cover off, I dunno if lack of oil could cause a cam cap to heat up and break but it sounds like something's loose in the top end.

Timing chain Guides

I couldnt watch the video but the KA motors came with guides for the timing chain that would always make weird noises. Theres one right under the valve cover and the other is kinda behind the water pump if i remember right. But you can just remove them and that might eliminate the noise. no need to replace them nissan put out a TSB that said they were unecessary.

LIKE I SAID THOUGHT I COULDNT WATCH THE VIDEO SO I MIGHT NOT EVEN BE CLOSE! hope this helps.
