This is one of my favorite build threads thus far on zilvia. It is definitely inspiring. Makes me want to fix all the body defects and broken aero on my s13.

Thanks for the support guys, I can't wait, when I can going to first cruise with this but I have lot of things to do before.
I bought the another VLSD with outputshafts When car was in painthsop, I welded the engine stand for the CA wirh 3D printed bushings victor reinz gasket set STP black silver sound dampening and heatshield for the inginebay and cables Detail of the gasdoor Cavity protection applied I use selfadhesive foil to protect the new paintjob Refurbished fueltank Doorhandles assembled with welded bolt Wrinkle paint used for intake Oil catch tanks from Ebay, one of them I like to use for coolant reservoir after light modifications. Refurbished handbrake shoes Assembling the handbrake, and I printed the prototype of my wiper pivot mount for s13, I redesigned them for new bearings. |

Lot of materials for soundproofing
Rear wheelarches The fueltank is finished and on the place, I changed the fuelpump to new Walbro because the old one is some noname pump. The front calpiers are ready for powdercoating And now I am working on new steel brakelines. |

I am just blown away by this. When I saw the first photos of the car, I thought this was a joke. You win IMO. This is true dedication and it's really paid off.

Little update, powdercoated brake calpiers, is this gold metallic ???
Reassemled coilovers with new dust covers from JP I am printed the plastic roller for better apply sound dampening and finished refurbishing the ABS block |

Maybe you're right, but I think the ABS in the car is not useless, its not a racecar and also not a driftcar, for cruising and fun ride I dont see the reason why remove it. Ugly is not a real reason to remove the functional thing from the car. But its my opinion and I am bulding the car for myself, by the way thank you for the comments I appreciate it so thanks for the support.

Been following this build for a while. Its very nice and seems to have a well thought out build process to end result. To you, the build serves a purpose and you are happy with it. Looks great so far!!
I am curious if you can send me the 3d print file/link so i can have a friend print 2 new wiper mounts for my car. i really like the bearing install instead of bushings. Did you also print new ball joint inserts for the arms? |
