Tube Front ends! Post up different set-ups.
As the title says, post up some different pics of tube front ends, I am in the process of building an S14, ditched the Sr, and going with a V10, we already have the motor in and it's almost time for the tube front end and want to see what options are out there for the front.
Tube front ends. Removable tube front ends also! post up what you got, and maybe talk about the pros and cons of each setup if you happen to know them. here are some I saw so far: this seams to be removable?

Horrible cell phone pictures. But a friend of mine and I built this yesterday. With removable bumper support. My original frame on the chassis was bent to all hell.

here you go Gabe i saw you took my crash bar as an exemple .
i will show you how we did my car !!! my front crash bar is removable , the tub front end on the other side was welded to the chassi . my intercoller became the head light bracket and the rad bracket !!! inspired by this set-up !!!

So what size tubing are you guys using for the main downtubes from strut to framerail? What about all the other sizes for support pieces, etc.? About how much of each are you using?
Also, what thickness (guage is it?), sheet metal are you using for mounting points? |
