Looks like the other daughter board is another fuel map for the car. Probably was tuned for higher boost and higher grade gas. The two wires were probably hooked to a switch so you change between the stock fuel maps during daily driving, and the tune for aggressive driving. That's just best guess tho

Not overly interested in returning to the stock tune if it's running off the daughter board as I always run supreme and a full quart of TORCO accelerator in my car anyway and really don't know what else is done with the car performance wise so I don't want to play with it too much just want to find out what these tunes may consist of if there's a way of doing so

As what was said earlier, you could always just remove the board to put it back to factory fuel map. |

It could be as simple as left and right or odd and even. The pictures don't look all that detailed on my phone so that's my answer. You could dump the bins if you have the consult port wired up and a program like nds. I would have you dump them both ways, and send them to me just in case they need to be merged. If I was looking at the tune? Reverse the k, then subtract the injection to see what mafs and injectors it is tuned for, see if the cranking tables are properly adjusted. Overlay fuel and timing maps to see if they are modified for cams or just boost up. That is what can be done or I could remove the chips, rewrite a tune for what you do have, then burn the chips! Its probably written in odd/even format.
If I had the bins or the daughter board I cold tell you. It might be written somewhere on the board. From a Highly Tuned Note 4.5!!!
