Hpi makes something similar, moonface racing made the "original". The hpi downpipes can be found on yahoo Japan. They are pricey though. If someone does have a circuit sports for sale, I am also in the market. Had one on a car I sold. It was very nice.

MFR Moonface Racing made the original. It's long discontinued. DMAX actually made one at some point. Maybe contact 'DmaxUSA' to see if they still sell them. CircuitSports made them, but not anymore.

Honestly, they're not that great. My friend had one. Sure, the oval piping has the ability to flow more volume of air than a standard 3 inch round tube... but the main downfall is the lack of a flex-pipe. So you can't tuck them higher at all, and vibrations still go straight to your turbo/manifold. They do NOT clear the frame rail. Possibly if you have nismo mounts.

Solution? Just get a PBM cobra. Superior product and still avaliable.

Mine was more than above the frame rail. I had a flex on my "test" pipe. Awesome setup. Miss it. Will probably just get a flex cobra this time around.

Flex pipe below the car sucks if you're low.

Lol I have an ebay elbow, ebay dp, ebay test pipe and isis blast pipes and the whole system tucks above my frame. I don't have the exhaust hanger for the trans on it either.

I had one and it was probably one of the best exhaust pieces on the market I owned at the time. No need for the additional and stupid "O2 housing". You can't possibly tuck it higher when it leaves .250" or less from the floor pan. Yes, I did have Nismo mounts and mine was probably tighter than .250". However, on sloppy factory engine mounts, it would still net a higher ground clearance than any of the 3" down pipes out there.

How does the elbow on PBM downpipe compare to the newer Tomei elbow? I am debating whether I should get the Tomei elbow and use it with my RSR downpipe or if I just want to replace it with the PBM unit.
Latez.

The DMAX advertisement I saw it in was in a Japanese magazine from '05.. so they may not make it anymore.

Word... my friend had old stock mounts that was probably sagging. What kind of mounts were you using? Still think the cobra is superior imho. Mostly cause of the flex pipe in the vertical section.

The pbm cobra does stay flush with the rail. However, if you got crappy exhaust hangers, everything is going to droop down lol.
