Sr20 s13 coupe NEED TO PASS EMISSIONS

I live in Arizona and have a s13 coupe with an SR20 and am desperate need to pass emissions I have a full 3 inch exhaust with no cat and Was wondering if I put a cat in or had to just get a whole new exhaust just so I can pass and what else will help me pass?

Or if you know of any other ways I can pass I have cash if anyone can help me out getting this car registered, THanks.

Every car is different. It's almost impossible to tell if your car would pass by just throwing a new cat & exhaust on. You could be running hella rich, spewing all kinds of crud out the back & we would never know. Maybe try contacting who ever did the swap & ask if he knows a shop that will "pass" it. Better odds with that than asking on an international forum...
