Just to make 100% sure. I am torquing the hex head and not the nut right?

1.Apply ARP moly lube to the non hex head of the studs threads
2.Thread studs into block w/ 3/16 allen wrench, till they bottom out.
3.Apply ARP moly lube to the inside of nuts
4. Install studs or head then studs(your choice)
5. Install washers and lubed nuts
6. Torque nuts to specified torque
