Custom Radiator & Core Support...

I bought a wrecked 240sx S13 with a smash radiator support and the drivers side core is pretty bent... The core is totally fixable but radiator needs to be replaced...

I have crap loads of steel pipe, every size and steel angle bar
also a mig welder, pipe bender, saw, etc

Im thinking about buying stationary super made S13 pop up headlights and custom support... I kinda want to keep them adjustable UP & DOWN but is that to much work to get them to set right?

Any opions would help! Thanx

This can't be answered, your idea of too much work to get a final result is completely different than the next guys. I'm someone that loves for every part of my car to function, and function properly, I can't imagine all the A/C delete, power windows delete, and more that happens to most 240 daily cars. So as for me, I would put whatever work it would take to have a fully functioning front lighting system on a tubed core support.
