Need some advice new to nissans

Im new to the Nissan game. I have build alot oh high hp Hondas and some really clean ones at that. Were selling my dads project civic and he wants to get a s14 and do a 2J swap. I just didnt know where to look at for all the info and where to get all the swap parts at. Any help would be great. Thanks alot Chris

Call Zerolift they should be able to help you... Curious though why 2jz?

Theres nothing wrong with a 2jz at all! But most ppl go SR or Rb before 2jz not trying to be funny

Its alot easier to find parts for a 2JZ in the states rather then the rb

have you considered the vq35? it`s a lot lighter which means you keep the good handling characteristic of the s14 chassis, can make as much power as a 2jz, motor swap kits are readily available, 6 speed transmission, and also very cheap compared to a 2jz with a 6 speed trans. just my .02 cents. good luck with your build, what ever engine you decide on.

Unless you cut the firewall to mount it a couple of feet inside, it will completely mess weight distribution, and driving a nose heavy S13/S14 is not always fun.

op> Try one before doing the swap, if the new weight distribution does not bother you then do it. I think it kind of ruins the fun but that is personal taste.
