This is just another example of the stupidity of drifting expanding into further idiocy. If you enjoy doing stupid things, then good for you, go have fun on the track. But it's almost as senseless for you to get upset about destroying tires and abusing chassis being called what it is, STUPID, as it is for me to attempt to reason with die hard drift bandwagon riders.

Have you ever entered a turn at 100+mph 150-200ft. before the apex of a turn while holding the steering wheel at full lock and your gas pedal to the floor? no? try it, it'll put hair on your balls.

But then again, I guess drifting requires thinking outside of the box which might serve to be a difficult task for someone who thinks "Thatguy" is a clever username.

Listen, I know better than to disrespect forum admins/moderators and i'm not gonna come in here and start an argument with one about drift>all and so on, but what I am going to say is this:

I'd say about 60-70% of this forum are in to the drift scene and do it because it is FUN. I think it might be a little wrong of you to come in to this thread and put down the majority of the forum based on their type of auto sport, calling it a bandwagon when its been around for years(i myself have been drifting/following since i had a license).

Sorry, but this question is just further proof that the 240SX community as a whole sucks now. I miss when people realized that the S-chassis was a capable platform for road racing, autocross, drag racing, drifting, rally, and even just having a nice, fun to drive, grocery getter. Back when drifting wasn't the only thing you could do with a 240SX.

That being said... Fantasy factory is meh, and a "skateboarding car?" waste of time, money, and film. Do not want.

I'm not actually saying that drifting altogether is stupid, just that it is being dragged down hill RAPIDLY by idiocy and stupid antics like this. It USED to be about good lines and entry speed, etc. Now it's about smacking walls, ripping off fiberglass, "riding rails NOW", etc, etc. Every time you turn around, what used to be a decent motorsport, has turned into the "Monster Energy beater car smoke-fest! Now with more circus tricks to lure in even more sponsors!!"

To those of you that go to the track, strictly to enjoy yourselves... Keep up the good work, keep it safe, and take pride in your vehicle, PLEASE.

I would say I have to agree with him, and if you look at the car in my avatar. I drive my "drift racer" on the streets, I don't drift I think it's a waste of money. It looks cool and fun but not my cup of tea.

Still everything boils down to life priorities and ThatGuy is at an age and point in his life where meeting your criteria for approved dorifto fanboi will never be met. He enjoys the same cars we do and the point is Motorsports and the appreciation of it in a whole.

I guess because new blood on the site such as your self assume everyone who buys a 240 and doesn't slide their car on a daily basis is some kind of socialist. You obviously are the idiot and close minded fool and do not realize it, but it's okay because we're used to your kind here and all over the internet.

The car was built for a tv show for stupid antics while also supporting dyrdek and gittens sponsors so in a nutshell it's not about drifting, it's not about skateboarding a car. It's about monster energy, dc sports, go and buy it now.
