s14 Speedo, Tach, & Water Temp No longer working

Hey guys this is somewhat odd, but the body harness under the driver's side started to rub, The big stock white clip that holds the harness up broke. I was an hour away from home celebrating my 21st birthday at a casino and i turned the wheel full lock to park and my cluster went ape shit n the starter tried to engage. I got the car parked and looked at the harness and it had worn open 3 wires. I did a temp fix to get the car home and drove it home w/ no speedo or tach (i have an aftermarket water temp sensor).

So last night I go through and relocate the harness and fix the wires that rubbed. Checked all my fuses and they are good. Speedometer, Tachometer, and water temp still dont work. They are the only issues i know of right now. Whats weird is i thought those wires did not run through the body harness. . I guess im going to try swapping clusters, any ideas on what else i should check?

VSS, tach, and water temp signal run through the ECU harness and dash harness.

The fender harness has power for the gauge cluster. So no power, no gauge.

The starter solenoid wire also runs through the fender so it may have shorted and got current. That's why the starter was cranking.
