Egr problems? help please.
i have a bone stock single cam. have a check engine light for code 32 which is the egr system. changed the egr valve and reset the ecu and the light came back on. car runs fine except prolly half the time i come to a light it idles like its got a miss. i changed plugs wires rotor and cap and still the problem persists. checked all the vaccum lines to and from egr valve and theyre old but theyre intact. my question is are there any other components of the egr system that are notorious for malfunctioning? any help would be very appreciated

it should be on the intake manifold, google the "egr temperture sensor on ka24e" and look under "images" it should show you images of its location

1990 Nissan 240SX EGR Parts - 1471357
its part code #14730 And it looks like the location depends if your car is automatic or manuel, just look over the image and it will show you the location, but it looks like the manuel version has the sensor on the back side of the manifold towards the firewall, and the automatic has it on top of the manifold, in the middle of the it

so i changed the temp sensor. cleared the code. check engine light came back with the same code. i went ahead and replaced every vaccum line as well as the egr valve and i have the same problem. and its a manual trans. any other ideas? my buddy has the snap-on brick diagnostic tool, but it doesnt specify what component in the egr system is malfunctioning. i did notice that the car did seem to run smoother w/new vaccum lines as well as the temp sensor. it idles smoother and more consistent and doesn't backfire anymore.
