Heater Problem

I just finished the swap into the 240. I swapped in an S14 Blacktop, and I can't get hot air out of the heater. What the hell did I do wrong?

What year is your car again?? If it is a S14, did you keep the heater control valve, (Nissan calles the valve a "water cock"..???), that comes out of the firewall & connects to your motor?? Did you also make sure that when you reconnected the heater lines back to the motor that you didn't "accidently" knock the control wire off it's latch?? Also, is the Air Mix Door Motor on the heater core is getting power & working properly.
Just a bunch of minor details that need to be considered when rewiring the KA harness for a SR...

Water cock? Never heard of that thing before. But it all has power, I can blow air through it, just no damn warm air and when you live on the same latitude as moscow, warm air is important.

But you say that this water cock is on the line that runs through the firewall? Hmm I never saw it on my swap motor. Looks like I'm going back to the KA at the junkyard.
