Heads up, thats not a HY35 its a newer and bigger HE351. You can tell cause of the 90 degree elbow paired with the sensor in the compressor cover and the 4" outlet.

Good used condition some play nothing crazy you can buy OEM seal kits on ebay for like 45 budy who took other turbo in pict bought the kit redid it and has been boosting on it for awhile now...

Damn so you sold the other holset in the pic? I was gonna ask for the vband flange off it. I have a hx30 right now and have been looking at those ebay kits, but I don't really trust ebay. www.htturbo.com/ has real oem kits for a little more but you have to call them. It's not listed on there site.
