help needed wont start on own...

ok so i did search and i did a lot of work to the engine allready and still nothing, you guys are my last hope. i hope i'm in the right section.

anyways, heres the deal, i just bought my s13 redtop sr20 for my s13 hatch originally a sohc. but had many dohc's in it, anyhow. my wiring was done by a professional, and everything is stock for the most part. the engine will crank over but not start, has a walbro 255 fuel pump, the engine gets spark and it gets fuel to the injectors and the injectors are firing, but the engine wont start unless starting fluid is sprayed into it, then it will run with me holding the gas, we have been through the harness 3-4 times, and my ecu is good, checked all grounds and what not, set timing a few times to it, i dont know what to do the car has about 3 gallons of gas in it, whats the deal, someone help me please

Check to make sure your fuel lines are hooked up correctly to the fuel filter, fuel rail and fpr. It's common to put them on the wrong way.

Also check fuel pressure.. should be ~37psi at idle ~43psi with vacuum unplugged.

Check the ECU for codes. When the car is running, is it a very rough run or is it smooth? Also, does it rev up or stuck at low rpm's?
