I got a 'broken' 240sx coupe for $400, push-started it, and drove it home. a month later, i crashed it, sold the shell for $200 and swapped basically everything, from dash harness to clutch lines to another shell.

I beet you all. I bought a s14 sr20 motor and complete wrecked car with 5 lug and vlsd carbon trunk nardi steering wheel, tein ts rods. Complete rear links r32 driver seat and s14 passenger seat, An ok stereo, and bunch of other shit thats worth more then $2000. I picked all that up for $1,500 Yes I said $1,500

89 Hatch SE 5sp with gr2's and megan springs, q45 brakes, vlsd, KA24DE......1,100, guy couldnt finish intergrating sohc chasis into dohc engine harness, I came in, did alil magic and drove her away : )

now for parts......clean, no cracks s13 $15
HKS SSQV used -100 from rbperformance
RB20 3' polished down pipe- 40 bucks!!!!!!!!!!

got a 91 coupe with a KA24DE swap that wouldnt pass smog for $650.00 all i needed to get was a manual ECU...BUT a girl crashed into it when it was parked in my driveway...yes in my driveway...uninsured and unfortunately was totaled the cool thing about it was her insurance (AAA) gave me 3200 for it....i came up like a motherf*cker

I got type x taillights, never used, for $200 and a set of d2 coilovers that were used for a week for $400. Type x taillights go for around $600 and he coilovers are around $900 I believe, so needless to say i was pretty pumped
