Rb26 swapped r32 skyline gts running lean

Just trying to see if any rb gurus on here can help me out, I've done extensive work on all rbs but this one has me at my knees.

Issue: the car runs great but in boost, the afrs I'm seeing are not good. The car is running .6 bar which is roughly 8psi. Usually they run about 12-13 psi but i don't have the boost control solenoid so the car only runs wastegate pressure(.6bar). So when I first stomp on it, my afrs riches to like 12.5 for a second and then leans out to like 13.5-14.5 and never stays consistent. This is at wot. Also, at idle it USUALLY reads at 14.7 but sometimes it'll lean out for like 10 seconds and go into the 16s. Cruising it's fine at 14.7.

Details on the car:
-r32 skyline gts 1989
-29k original miles

Details on engine:
-35k on the engine
-out of a 96 gtr r33
- I've gone through the engine and replaced every gasket, cleaned every bolt, put on all new parts that I could.
-150psi compression on all cylinders

Things I've done to the engine:
-all new gaskets including tomei metal intake and exhaust gaskets
-tomei oil pan baffle
-modified oilpan for 2wd and for increased capacity. Holds extra 2 quarts(now 7qt capacity)
-n1 oil pump
-new oil pickup
-n1 water pump
-all new timing components
-arp custom idler bolt and tensioner stud
-new timing washers
- Hks cam sprockets(not degreed yet)
-new arp turbo manifold hardware
-new LEASK spec cam cover baffles
-new LEASK spec catch can
-I've done the coil pack fix to make them one piece
-I made a grounding kit for the coils
-got my injectors cleaned and flow tested
-wiring specialties harness
-i have like 3 sets of mafs and according to my consult, only 2 of the 6 mafs are good so I'm using them obviously.
-walbro 255lph
-fuel pump wiring to a relay mod I already did, constant 14v at the pump
-aero motive fpr set base fuel pressure is at 43.5
-aEm wideband that is brand new but I did test it just to make sure it's still good and it is and the bung is welded right after y pipe.
-custom future fab stainless steel y down pipe and 3" all the way back to a 4" tip

Etc etc etc

Also, running 100 octane gas did not help with the afrs.

Consult shows I have no codes and my maf voltages are one is usually 1.1v at idle and the other one can range from .5v but usually rests at.8v

I know someone on here is smart enough to figure this out!!!

Change the fuel filter if you haven't and rewire the pump with 12v from the battery with a relay. Use the old power from the harness to trigger the relay.

I have changed the fuel filter and I've already wired the fuel pump to a relay since it's a common issue in r and s chassis cars.

The car still runs lean
