S14 Brake lights work normal until...

Hey all I have been having a issue since I got my s14 with the brake lights.

They work normal with headlights and tailights switch off. As soon as I turn headlights on the brake lights come on in the rear. And stay on. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Most likely an earth connection up front. It is now finding an earth pathway via the rear tail lights.

Check the grounds. Had an issue like that and all it was, was the grounding connections.

Sounds like the reAr connections may be reversed. could be something else up front reversed too.

All else fails, possible switch on the break pedal is keeping the brake lights on.
