kind of sounds like your fuel pump is taking a shit on you. its just a guess, i'm no expert at all. actually kind of a noob to the import world. but i had a similar problem with my fuel pump in my s13. as for the fuse?....a while back i kept blowing the fuse for the interior lights. over and over again. took my battery cables off and cleaned them up with some steel wool and fixed the problem. couldnt tell ya if those two problems you have are connected to each other or not.

most likely the fuel pump but just throwing it out there could it be the injectors? i had a similar problem where my car was running rough like a misfire and turned out one of the injectors was not working

my friend has a similar problem right now as you he replaced the fuel pump and it wasnt it going to be diagnosing it this weekend ill let you know if i get anything since you have the same problem

Maybe theres a short in the fuse that keeps blowing when you start the car. If your car is lowered id check the harness at the driverside front wheel. Just a thought since mine got ate up by tire rub.
