SR runs fine, but dies at idle

I know this problem can have a million reasons but trust me I have searched and been working on this for months.

After installing 550cc, a brand new z32 MAF, and enthalpy ECU:

My car idled fine but once it heats up the idle would bounce around everywhere. So I replaced the coolant temp sensor that goes to the ECU.

Now the car does want to idle even when I start it. It bogs down and dies. It revs fine and I can hold the idle with the pedal. We have tried adjusting the idle from the TB and IACV but no luck just keeps dying.

Its not a vacuum leak! I have replace all pipes, intercooler, BOV, and vacuum lines.

Does anyone know how to test the IACV to make sure it right. Or what volts it should be reading.

Thanks!
