Wheel Shimmy?

Alright so I have a wheel shimmy from I have no clue where, I'm out of ideas
Its a s13 hatch with HICAS, lowered on aftermarket wheels and tires

balenced tires twice, needs an alignment its not far off but doing that tomorrow at my shop, I'm out of ideas you guys have anything extra to check?
I have brand new in and out tie rods and passenger side wheel bearing, everything else is good that I checked feel like I'm missing something
It feels like a tie rod or out of balence wheels but no bad tie rods and wheels are balenced, any ideas?

I had this problem on one of my s13s and after replacing all the tie rod ends and hub bearings, i got desperate and swapped the steering rack out of a roller i had sitting around and it solved my issue.

Hopefully that little play in the ball joint is all, I don't wanna pay for a rack haha
My rear rack is already got a leaky secondary seal so struts bars are needed

lol.. i hear ya bro. I saved a HICAS car from a field back in 2009. that was the absolute weirdest feeling ever when it worked. It was a total PITA after that though haha. Keep us posted on what you find.
