Nistune problem on my ka-t

Ok little on my set up s13 ka-t with
6262
id1000cc injectors
z32 maf

heres what happened last time i drove the car it ran good untill right at the last couple min then i jumped like a big miss . then i went to start it up the next day and i seen a fuel leak so i fixed that and i wanted to replace my fuel pump from a 255 to a 400 . after all that it starts up revs ok then after it warms up its revving high and its like hitting fuel cut at like 4000rpms. its weird i replaced my tps did nothing and it reads the right volts. thought it could be my maf but the volts are reading right on the nistune .
did a pressure check all is good. whats yalls thought on this? could i of messed up a setting in the tune? thanks ahead!

Jump with a big miss, fuel leak ... i'd check pistons and spark plugs before worrying about the fuel pump ...

There is a very nice feature on nistune that allows you to compare 2 tunes. Load your stored tune in the second slot, read the current tune in the first, hit the compare button/checkbox/dropdown menu where you can (fuel and timing maps allow it), and you will see the differences.

Well as long as you didn't burn a new base image to the board, it should operate the ecu correctly, which means you just have to re-tune everything...

If you're really lost, start with the stock maps, resize injectors, change maf curve, then start tuning again (or pay someone)

ok its weird i replaced the spark plugs the cap and rotor still the same . but if the cars cool it will not do it. The throttle response is bad though . like it i punch it it hesitates then revs. the a/f is great though at idle and when revving ! it seems like it would be the maf sensor but the volts are consistent with what the oem specs.
