S13 Single Cam Fluctuating Idle

Hello,
I have a 1990 Single Cam and the idle is weird. Will start at 2000 sometimes and go back down to 1100 and then go back up. Sometimes says at 2000. The idle is just off and fluctuates, I was planning on checking the IACV, just wanted some tips before I go ahead and do that. I realize there is a similar thread however that one did not help. Just wondering if theres any advice! Thanks!

Check all of your vacuum lines to see if any of them are cracked/stiff. If so, replace them. In addition, go with your normal tune-up (plugs, wire, cap, rotor, etc...) so everything is freshen up. You might as well seafoam your engine prior to doing the tune-up so you get all the gunk out.

Try cleaning your IACV with carb cleaner and readjusting idle
try unplugging your oxygen sensor see if that changes anything.
and check your vacuum lines
