Help - SR20DET Removing Coolant Hardlines from Block

Hi, my SR block is at the machine shop and there are two hardline coolant passages that I didn't remove from my block and the machinist can't mill it with them on it. I need to know how to remove these. I have included one picture, it is a bad one but all I've got. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Not sure if they are for coolant or PCV, or what. but the line at the top left and the other line at bottom right.

The one on the "top left" of the picture is the factory oil catch can return.

Oxy torch and a slide hammer.

But to be honest if a machine shop can't figure out how those come out I'd find a new machine shop.
