DENVER, CO (May 19, 2005) - Mushroom Tea Productions announced today that they will pay $20,000 to the winner of the Denver elimination round of the IROL Series races.

With race drivers from many venues of motorsports already entered and more entering daily the field is filling fast for the first of ten races to be held throughout the United States. Drivers traveling from as far away as Connecticut are entering the IROL (Race of Loonitichs) series round to be held at the IMI Motorsports Complex just north of Denver.

No one knew just what kind of vehicle or at what track they would be racing until the first entry was accepted on May 17th. At that time it was announced that the first round of competition would be racing high performance race karts on a 1-mile paved road-course at IMI Motorsports. The race karts owned by Mushroom Tea Productions, Inc. are new Biland powered Margay karts of approximately 30 HP, are equally prepared and powered to eliminate any chassis or power advantage a driver might have. These machines are capable of speeds over 100 MPH.

For each of 2 days 75 drivers will compete in groups of 4 with the winner of each group advancing on to the next round and the other 3 going home. The day 1 winner will progress to day 2 and at the end of day 2 one winner will have emerged from a total of 150 drivers entered in this event. This person will take home $20,000. The top 10 will progress on to a final round of competition to be held later this year in racing full size cars. The location of the final round of competition has not officially been announced, but will be again on an asphalt road course.

The purpose of this series is two fold. The entire series will be filmed with footage to be used in a reality TV series. The series is also designed to assist aspiring drivers in achieving their goal of racing professionally.

For information, please contact Matthew Bull of Mushroom Tea Productions directly at (719) 231-5576 or visit www.irolseries.com.
