that engine will never pass emmision @ any station who gives a damn. some states dont have mandatory inspections/emission testing (arkansas is the only one that comes to mind right now) sr20's arent "legal" either (just a heads up) the point of my randomly assembled sentence is yeah, it will pass inspection/emissions if you go to the right station

no rb will pass emission's ever..

my sr passed with no problems, since i kept all the emission stuff on it, the only problem i think i had with the inspections was that the tach sensor wasnt pickin up the tach signal for some reason... but i moved it like a couple inches the other way and wammo it worked

I herd that SR20's aren't legal in certain areas either.... so did u just hook up a bunch of catalytic converters to it or wat??? just curious, concidering of getting an SR20 myself...

gotta love ohio....no e checks down further south of ohio. i couldnt imagine the nightmare all these kids go through e-checking their cars
