i NEED STEP BY STEP HOW TO SWAP MY l16 ENGINE FOR A 240SX S13 MANUAL 5 SPEEDSR20DET . INTO MY DATSUN 510 i JUST BUY A SR20DET. I NEED WIRING FOR SR20DET TO HOOK UP INTO MY 510, AND HOW TO MODIFIED THE ECU, BECAUSE THE 510 IS SMOG EXCEMT, I REALLY DON"

T NEED THE EXTRA SENSORS REED OUT, JUST ENOUGH FOR RUNNING THE SR20DET IN THE ECU.DO YOU HAVE ELECTRONIC DOWN LOAD MANUALS AND WIRING FOR THIS SR20DET240SX MANUAL TRANSMISSION 5 SPEED SHIFT THANK YOU!!!

Swapping in an SR20 into a 510 won't be as straight forward as it is with a 240sx. I'd research this on one of the 510 forums. Good luck! That will be a great combination.

OP: if you were going to actually do this supposed 510 sr20 swap, youd already have some idea of whats involved in a swap. Clearly you do not.

Hello my name is Alexis Castelazo, I'm doing a swap taking out my L16 engine and replacing to a 1996 240SX SR20DET S13 red top. so I need a complete set of manuals to down load one for the engine and tho other for all electrical and electronic wiring schematics in color if is possible. I also in FACEBOOK as Alexis Castelazo please PM me with information I will really appreciated, I'm handicap US NAVY, and NASA retire. I can work on my car here and there I have a 72 Datsun 510 also need information on dimensions to build a rool cage 5 points to bolt and weld. thank you and God Bless!!!

hello, does anybody have wiring color code for fuse box NISSAN 40F00 box has 8 relays total for tp for bottom top let to right are: underline DIF. OIL 2nd: ASCU HOLD, 3er: AIR ?, 4th:FR FOG. bottom left 1st: HORN. 2nd:H/L RET DOWN. 3rd: H/L RET. and 4th: H/L RET. I been searching for this diagrams and no luck so far. this engine is a 1996 240SX SR20DET S13 RED TOP. my E mail adress is [email protected] or just pm me in facebook as Alexis Castelazo.
