Had an old ratty wiring harness before and it all worked fine. Got a new Wiring Specialties harness and had the car at mazworx for a tune and now it only allows me to sync up the AEM EMS and prime the pumps if I bump the starter by clicking the key to start for a brief second. When I bump it for a sec and return the key to on it works fine, however when I have the key out and turn the key to on nothing happens. I suspect the car was heavily shorted out or battery hooked up backwards while they had it because magically the fans quit working, car starts doing this, and a few other small things once I got it back... Wondering if anyone has experienced this before?

These cars are getting old and I figure someone has had this issue before, thanks!
