Font End Problems!
Alright, I have a 1990 240SX and when I'm stationairy and have to turn the wheel there's something that pops. It drives me insane and I can't seem to figure out the problem.
If I could just get some input from you guys that would be great. I've been under the car quite a few times working on the suspension and installing polyurethane bushings but I still haven't pin pointed the problem yet. Thanks in advance. |

when you install springs on a shock there is usually a little bump stop, kind of a notch in the bottom where the end of the spring would rest against.
if the gap itll make a popping nose when turning the wheel. had that on my sentra after i installed HR springs.

It may not be assembled properly. The "spring seat" (top plate/hat) is allowing the coil to move around. I would take it apart and reassemble and/or check if its loose.
